Rudd Realty Management Corp. was started in 1984 by Frederick Rudd who is the President and sole owner. Fred takes an active role, managing properties and overseeing the general operations of the company. Rudd Realty has two affiliated companies, The Rudd Group, Ltd and Rudd Development LLC. Together they form a full service boutique real estate company which includes mortgage brokerage, residential sales and leasing, as well as commercial leasing.

The Management Department is headed by our Vice President, Steven Furman. Steven has been with Rudd for 15 years and oversees 6 property managers. Gloria Amorini-French is our Chief Financial Officer, who expertly heads our back office operations. Gloria has been with Rudd for over 25 years.

Our hours of operation are from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our telephone is answered by our receptionist, not an automated system. After hours, we have an answering service that is well versed in our procedures for handling calls and emergencies.

All of our employees sign a Code of Ethics associated with our long-standing membership in the Real Estate Board of New York. We require that every manager must obtain a minimum of three bids for any repair or contract work over $5,000. Every check is signed by both Fred Rudd and Gloria Amorini-French. Neither the firm, nor any employees, have ever been investigated or indicted for corruption. Rudd Realty is one of the founding members of the Association of Co-op and Condo Managers. This association was founded to promote a high standard of ethics within the management industry.

Rudd Realty has a Fidelity Bond in the amount of $2,000,000 and Professional Liability Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.

We manage over seventy properties. These are comprised of over 40 cooperatives and condominiums and approximately 32 rental properties. Of the rentals, seven are small commercial buildings. The portfolio includes a few small loft buildings with 10 or less units, with our largest building being 250 units. The majority of our properties are mid-range with 80-140 units. We manage properties of varying age, from those that were built in the 1920’s through new construction.
