Elise has an enviable 15-year record of success as a commercial real estate broker having represented such major clients as British Airways and TIAA-CREFF. This expertise is of tremendous value to Rudd Realty-managed properties with commercial space. Elise advises boards and owners on ways to market space and then organizes a leasing program, bringing in significant revenue for some buildings. Elise is a licensed real estate broker, a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on the store brokers committee. She received a B.A. in accounting from Queens College.
