Gary is Rudd Realty’s Director of the Mortgage Brokerage Division, operating under The Rudd Group, Ltd. He brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate lending and property management to the company. As Director, he is responsible for placing underlying mortgages for properties and end-loans for individual units. In addition to mortgage services, Gary has been instrumental in condominium and co op conversions and in preparation of Schedules A & B (Budgets) for offering plans, working closely with attorneys and developers to facilitate approval from the Attorney General’s office. Prior to joining The Rudd Group, Ltd., Gary was the Director of Financial Administration for Grand Court Lifestyles, Inc., America’s seventh-largest manager of senior housing where he supervised loan negotiations, cash flow budgeting and property management. For more than 15 years, Gary served as managing agent for sponsor-owned units in a 276-unit Brooklyn complex, handling mortgages, unit sales, and construction projects. Gary also honed his analytical and quantitative skills during his 10-year tenure as a Vice President in the Real Estate Division of National Westminster Bank, USA. He has a BA from the State University of New York-Buffalo and received his Certificate in Real Estate from New York University In addition we also specialize in obtaining financing on all types of commercial projects including acquisition, construction, interim loans and long term mortgages at favorable rates and terms.
