Theresa Maja-Schultz came to New York City from the Philippines almost 30 years ago. She has always been fascinated with the multi-cultural aspect of the city and its diverse neighborhoods. With her background in community health, she has had the opportunity to visit people’s homes throughout the city and experienced first hand the growth and development of various communities. Consequently, she developed a love for the city that motivated her to get involved in real estate business. Her dedication to helping people enables her to listen and understand the needs of her clients. She lives in Greenwich Village with her husband and son since 1990.
