Rosario F. Saglimbeni combines a background in public relations with drive and an innate sense of salesmanship to effectively “close the deal.” A wide array of domestic and international clients as well as Fortune 500 companies have benefited from his professionalism and expertise over the past decade. As Commercial & Investment Properties Director, Rosario generates annual sales in excess of $100,000,000. His extensive experience in the sale of apartment and office buildings, development and conversion sites, hotels and shopping centers across the United States gives him a broad-based knowledge of the market place and a competitive edge. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.

During the past five years, our Commercial & Investment Properties has been involved in several transactions, including but not limited to the following:

  • Sale of a 10-building, mixed-use portfolio in the Upper West Side - 182-188 Columbus Avenue, 414-416 Amsterdam Avenue, and 200-210 West 83rd Street. The properties consist of 9 stores, 73 residential apartments and 4 professional spaces. The portfolio was managed by RRMC and traded at a cap rate of 3.5%.
  • Sale of and Developer Consulting Services for 102-106 & 108 West 57th Street (the former Shelly’s New York Steak House) – a 7.500sf plot of land for Time Shares Condo Development. TRG represented Hilton Resorts Corporation (the Purchaser)
  • Leasing of a portion of the Ground Floor and entire Second Floor (a total of 12,000sf) @ 142 W. 57th Street a.k.a. The Metropolitan Tower to Hilton Grand Vacation Company (the Tenant)
  • Sale of St. Zita's Convent on 141-143 West 14th Street a.k.a. 144 West 15th Street – a 20,000sf site comprising of 4 Buildings with 150 Rooms and a Chapel – TRG represented the Archdiocese of New York
  • Sale and Equity Placement for a 468-unit, 8-building Section 8 based HUD Project in the Bronx

Financial Analyst

Born & Raised in New York, Ian is a recent graduate of The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU where he majored in finance and international business. Ian’s day-to-day responsibilities include conducting due diligence for properties that the Rudd Group’s clients are interested in acquiring. Part of his analysis requires proforma cash flow and income statements as well as reviewing leases and determining possible rates of return for the asset. While at NYU, he was team captain of the Men’s Varsity Tennis Team achieving All-American honors in 2005 as junior. Ian currently resides in Murray Hill.
