Rudd Realty is one of the only residential management firms with an exclusive lending division. Heading the Mortgage Brokerage Division is Gary Hoffson, who has more than 25 years of experience in real estate lending and property management.
Rudd Realty formed the Mortgage Brokerage Division, operating under The Rudd Group, Ltd., to facilitate the placement of underlying and end-loan mortgages for the properties we manage, as well as our own properties. Board members and residents of Rudd Realty-managed properties have quick access to knowledgeable, experienced professionals who can help them determine the most favorable mortgage package. With the volume of mortgages and the company's relationships with key financial institutions, Rudd Realty can obtain very competitive rates and conditions.
When a co-op retains Rudd Realty for management, the Mortgage Brokerage Division reviews the board's goals and analyzes the property's underlying mortgage to see if a better rate or a package can be negotiated. The division periodically reviews mortgages and analyzes the practicality of refinancing when capital improvement projects are needed.
Our Mortgage division also has the capabilities of financing the purchase of individual Co-op or Condo units for the buildings we manage.
