Michelle R. Ball is Vice President of Retail for Rudd Realty. A native New Yorker with over 19 years experience assisting fashion, home furnishing, electronic and athletic companies throughout Manhattan. She currently oversees all aspects of leasing for Rudd’s portfolio of properties as well as she continues to work with her outside retail clients.

Prior to re-joining Rudd Realty Ms. Ball served as Vice President of Retail at Prudential Douglas Elliman where she was very active throughout the city. Michelle’s success as a retail leasing broker can be attributed to her dedication to an array of clients as well as her finely honed negotiation skills. She is very relationship oriented which has led to repeat business and a large amount of referrals.

Notable transactions include Kenneth Cole Productions, Judith Ripka, Patagonia, Radio Shack (whom she has represented since 1988), Nine West, Easy Spirit, Anya Hindmarch, Guiseppe Zanotti, Intermix, Domenico Vacca, Alexis Bittar, Cozy’s Cuts for Kids, Verizon, Design Within Reach, Wichcraft, Columbia University, Club Monanco and Bank Street College.

Ms. Ball graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science. She is also affiliated with the Real Estate Board of New York as well as a member of ICSC.
