Rudd Realty Management Corp is a privately owned and operated medium size property management firm located in New York City. Rudd Realty was started in 1984 by Frederick J. Rudd, the President and sole owner.

Rudd Realty takes a sophisticated and highly professional big picture approach to property management. Our highly professional managers and assistants pay great attention to detail, using their real estate experience and management skills to maximize the value of the assets in which they manage.

We are known in the industry for our reliability and consistency. Our 5 and 10 year plans alert a board to the building’s major repairs and replacement needs, as well as a variety of funding options for capital improvements. Implementing these plans has helped buildings we manage increase the value of the property and grow their capital reserves.

We understand the importance of one-on-one service. For example, a telephone call not being returned is the leading complaint of board members and residents of co-ops and condominiums. At Rudd Realty, phone calls are returned within 24 hours by either a senior property manager or their assistant to ensure that any problems that arise are taken care of promptly and with the appropriate action

Rudd Realty is also one of the founding members of the Association of Co-op and Condo Managers. This association was formed to promote a high standard of ethics within the management industry.
